At MlleGem, we strive to provide worldwide shipping for our products. Estimated shipping time to the United States is approximately 7-8 days, while delivery to European destinations and elsewhere typically takes 8-10 days. Orders with a total value of $60 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MlleGem purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free returns. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please send an email to our customer service at support@mllegem.com to start the return process. All returns must ensure that the product, packaging, and outer box are intact and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items received more than 30 days ago. Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
